Tyree Lamar Terry Williams

Tyree Lamar Terry Williams was 31 years old and born on March 26, 1988, in Sacramento, CA. Tyree lived in Sacramento until he was 30 years old. At age 30 he moved to Roswell, NM to live with John Terry. Tyree moved to Roswell for a better life. John helped Tyree get back on his feet. In the last year, Tyree thrived and experienced some long-needed freedom and relief from problems and worries. He got his own place and had a steady income. Tyree was starting to connect more with his siblings, mother, and children as he became more stable in NM. Many plans were made to all see each other but due to his death, they never came to pass.

Tyree leaves behind his mother Carol Lee; brothers Otis (Leon) Lee and Hassan Lee, Jamar and Stephon Williams; sister Kayshon Lee; his fathers John Terry and XL Williams ( XL went before Tyree); his two sons D’Angelo and Isaiah Williams; mother of his children Lliana Garcia; cousins Shandra and Andrew Carradine, and a host of other family members who served as his mothers and fathers, Foncell Carradine (cousin), Brenda Carradine (aunt), Patricia Raymond (aunt), and Michael and Howard Carradine (cousins). Tyree’s family was large and included more Lee, Carradine, Williams, Brooks, Penson, Terry and other family names and members.

Tyree’s interests included his kids, rap music, nice clothes, both eating and cooking food, laughter and a sense of humor. He was kind and empathetic. He had a quiet, soothing, and comforting side to him but could also tell you where to go if he needed to go there. He was protective of his family and defend all of us without hesitation when situations came up. He will be missed dearly. He will live on through all the memories in our minds and love in our hearts.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel with cremation to follow.
