Betty Serna

Betty "Anka" Serna passed away at home on Thursday, December 10, 2020. She was 83 years old.

Betty was born to Sabino and Francisa Serna in Torreon, NM on October 12,1937.

Betty was a lifelong resident of Dexter. There will be a church service in the future when arrangements can be planned, and friends/family can be notified for a safe, social distancing service.

She is preceded in death by her parents Sabino and Francisca Serna, 2 brothers, Alex and Tomas Serna and 3 sisters, Gloria Pena, Adelina Montoya, and Lola Peralta.

She is survived by her sister, Lita Aranda and numerous nieces and nephews. Special mention to her dog, Bunny. Bunny was her heart as all her family and friends knew and Betty left us with Bunny at her side.
