Albert Victor “Big Vic” Montoya

Victor Montoya, 51, passed away on November 15, 2021 in Albuquerque, NM.

Victor was born on June 4, 1970, to Louis and Rose Ann Montoya in Albuquerque, NM. He enjoyed being around family and friends and drinking beer. Victor was always willing to help others who needed it.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Louis and Rose Ann Montoya; his son, Albert “Bubba” Montoya; brothers, Marty Montoya, and Frank Montoya and grandson, Jesus Gonzalez, Jr.

Victor is survived by his children, Lisette Briones of Albuquerque, NM, Lil Victor Montoya of Hobbs, NM, Annette Montoya of Pueblo, CO, Yvette Gonzalez of Odessa, TX, LeRoy Montoya of Odessa, TX, Selina Montoya of Odessa, TX, Joseph Montoya of North Dakota, and Victoria Hernandez of North Dakota; brother, Louis Montoya Jr. of Roswell, NM; sisters, Reynalda Montoya of Roswell and Anita Montoya of Roswell. He is, also, survived by 24 plus grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 9:30 am to 11:00 am on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel with funeral service to follow.  Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are all his children.
