Rachel Ann Niec
September 30, 1971 – February 25, 2026
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Rachel Ann Niec, age 54, who was born on September 30, 1971, in Cleveland, Ohio, and passed away on February 25, 2026, in El Paso, Texas.
Our mother was a woman of strength, compassion, and unconditional love, and the impact she had on our lives and the lives of those around her will never be forgotten.
Rachel had a beautiful heart and a spirit that could bring comfort to anyone around her. She loved deeply and gave endlessly to those she cared about. To us, she was not only our mother but also our guide, protector, and best friend. The lessons she taught us, the love she showed us, and the memories we shared will stay with us for the rest of our lives as we continue her legacy and make her proud. She raised strong and kindhearted women.
She was the kind of person who made others feel seen, heard, and cared for. Her warmth, laughter, and strength will always be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Rachel was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Vivian Niec and Raymond Niec, whose love helped shape the person she became; her cherished mother, Sharon Beamer; her father, John Wagner; her dear aunt, Barbara Mayes; and eight unborn children, each of whom she loved deeply although their time was short; she carried forever in her heart.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Samantha Hernandez and Danielle Stucy (Hernandez), and her sons-in-law, Gracian Labarda and Thai Stucy, who will continue to carry her love, strength, and memory in their hearts.
Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with those who went before her and is free from all that was hurting. The love she gave will live on through all whose lives she touched.
Our mother will always be remembered for her strength, kindness, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Though she may no longer walk beside us, her love will guide us, her memories will comfort us, and she will live forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
We love you with to the moon and back mama bear! Rest easy and we got it from here mama! Just rest!
Lovingly written in honor of our mother by her daughters,
Samantha Hernandez and Danielle Stucy (Hernandez).
