Philip was born May 26, 1943 in Raton, NM his grandparents preceded him in death along with his brother Johnny Ramirez.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Blanca M. Flores Garcia; daughter Blanca Lidia Dimas; mother Maria Garcia Ramirez; sister LaQuita McVicker; grandson Edward Flores and Victor Dimas and granddaughter Blankita Dimas.

Philip was a Vietnam Veteran and a UPS truck driver for 31 years. He loved horse racing and lived his life to its fullest. Philip will be deeply missed.
