Peggy was born October 22, 1949 in Long Beach, California to O.B. Cooper and Margaret Melfi.

She attended Roswell Schools and graduated from Roswell High School in 1967, she also attended the Roswell College of Cosmetology.

Peggy married Richard Aquino March 12, 1984 in Roswell, he survives her at the family home.

Peggy is survived by one son: Michael Cooper and his wife Jailyn , one grandson: Jordan Cooper, and two granddaughters: Micah and Melina Cooper all of Roswell. One brother: Tom and his wife Cheryl of Glendale, AZ., and her faithful companion, her dog Kota.
