A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. today at South Park Cemetery for Manuela Rodriguez Sanchez, who passed away July 26, 2006 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. She was 78 years old. Pastor Lawrence Sanchez will officiate.

Manuela was born February 18, 1928 to Margarito Rodriguez. Her parents both preceded her in death, as well as her husband Marcelino Sanchez.

She is survived by her sons, Alberto Sanchez and his wife Carol of Clovis, NM, Lorenzo Sanchez and his wife Elaine of Roswell, and Marcelino Sanchez Jr. also of Roswell. Other survivors include 7 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
