Lorrie Gene Simmons

Lorrie Simmons (Née White) passed away in her home on April 18, 2024, at the age of 60 in Roswell, New Mexico surrounded by her family. Lorrie was born on July 14, 1963, in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Lorrie was a loving wife to RB Simmons and a devoted mother to Kimberly Valenzuela, Timothy Breck, Brian Simmons, and Tasha Ortega. She was also a cherished grandmother to multiple grandchildren.

Lorrie was known for her immense love for her family and her passion for caring for animals. She found joy in painting and various crafts, but her true happiness came from being near the water, where she enjoyed swimming and fishing.

A memorial service to celebrate Lorrie’s life will be held at Quay County Cemetery on May 10, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Her memory will forever live on in the heart of those who knew and loved her.
