Henry Edwin Ozment Ozzie

Memorial services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., on Friday, December 15, 2006 at St Peters Catholic Church for Henry Edwin Ozment who passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at his home. Fr. Benedict Begin, O.F.M will officiate.

Henry was born August 6, 1915 in Crawford, Texas to J.H. and Pearl Walker Ozment. Both parents precede him in death as well as a brother Joseph Weldon and sister Bonnie Marie Yerkie.

Henry was married on December 24, 1935 in Weatherford, Texas to Frances Imogene Besse Ozment. She survives him at the family home.

He is survived by his son Joseph Edwin and wife Judy of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; his daughter Sandra Lee and husband Gary of Tucumcari, New Mexico; his grandchildren: David Ozment and wife Jenna, Kelly Dowlin and husband Patrick Joanne Homer and husband Mike, Joe Ozment and wife Dawn and Jeffery Lee; and great grandchildren Sern and Erin Ozment, Kaitlyn Buller and Rebekah, Jacob and Joshua Dowlin.

Henry lived in Roswell for 49 years and worked as a Building Superintendent in Security National Bank. He was a member of St. Peters Church. He loved the outdoors and loved to fish.
