Bobby Garman

July 28, 1940 — April 15, 2019

Bobby Frank Garman

Born July 28, 1940 in Roswell, NM. Bobby passed of surgical complications on April 15, 2019.

Bobby was preceded in death by his loving parents, Albert Garman and Jewel (Rich) Garman. He is also preceded in death by many, many loving aunts and uncles whom he was very close to throughout his life. Bobby loved life and his many pets, especially his best friend, Sandy. Music and Movies were his special hobbies. He had a great passion for Western Movies and documented the history of every western movie made and the lives of the actors that played in them. Bobby enjoyed music and would spend hours each day listening to and recording his favorites. Bobby was a true New Mexican and loved its history and its culture, especially his Green Chili Enchiladas.

Bobby worked for Hinkle Motor Company delivering parts for a number of years, a job he loved. He was pure joy and brought that joy to all who knew and cared for him throughout his life, namely his late first cousin, Glenda Mitchell. Most notably Bobby was loved by his many caregivers throughout the years; Kristy Castillo, Claudia Juarez, Sylvia Aguilar, and Adis Robertson. Bobby's caregiver and friend Kristy was his daily confidant and couldn't have been a sweeter more compassionate person in his life.

Bobby was a member of Tabernacle Baptist church for over 70 years as he served as an usher until he could no longer hold the position. He was so proud of his church which he and his parents attended every Sunday without fail.

Bobby leaves behind as he moves on to God's heavenly kingdom; his cousin Cindy Lewis and husband, Rick Spragins and their children Miles Lewis and Jessica Lewis.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at South Park Cemetery with Pastor Jason Perry officiating.

Honorary Pallbearer's: Kristy Castillo, Claudia Juarez, Sylvia Aguilar and Adis Robertson.
