Aurelia Ginanni

Aurelia passed away on Monday, June 15, 2016 at the age of 81.

Aurelia was born on April 1, 1935 in Santa Rosa, New Mexico to Julia and Juan Sena. Here in Roswell she attended Berrendo, Pueblo and Yucca schools before moving to Corpus Christi, Texas to attend a Baptist College there for one year. Returning to Roswell, she married William Ginanni on April 12, 1958 after his return from service in the Army. Together they had three sons, Russell Wayne, Dana Allen and Rocky Dean.

Aurelia returned to college in 1974 in Portales, New Mexico and achieved a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education. She was an elementary bilingual teacher in Roswell until her retirement in 2002.

Aurelia is survived by her husband, her three sons, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, sisters Evelyn, Virginia and Grace, and brothers Max and Johnny.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Isabro, Manuel, Ernesto and sisters Rita and Susie.
