Andrew Madrid

A rosary is scheduled for 7 pm, Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel for Andrew Madrid, 53, who passed on Saturday, September 9, 2017. A funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 am, Thursday, September 14, 2017 at St. John Catholic Church with Deacon Ernesto Martinez officiating, burial following at South Park Cemetery.

Andrew was born February 9, 1964 in Roswell, New Mexico to Cruz Madrid and Connie Valencia.

As an Evangelist, growing up in Clovis, NM he spent most of his life teaching the word of God, he was a family man and enjoyed making people laugh. Took pride in serving his country in the National Guard.

Those left to cherish Andrew's memory are his daughters, Veronica Madrid of Artesia, NM, Monique Madrid of Lubbock, TX; his mother, Connie Madrid of Roswell, NM; brothers, Steven Madrid (Lupe) of Lubbock, TX, Fernando Madrid (Diane) of California; grandchildren, Kaedance Cordova, Aracely Aguilar, Presley Aguilar

Andrew was preceded in death by his father, Cruz Madrid and sister, Yolanda Hawley.

Those serving as pallbearers will be Steven Madrid, Fernando Madrid, Johnny Meier, Michael Davalos, Raymond Vale, and Danny Gomez. Honorary pallbearers are Isaac Hawley and Carlos Hawley.
