A graveside service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 15, 2010 at South Park Cemetery for Drucella Nell Wilson, 81 of Albuquerque, NM, who passed away January 13, 2010 at her home. Pastor Rick Hale of Grace Community Church will officiate.
Drucella was born on November 27, 1928 in Altus, Oklahoma to Drew Savage and Dora Rodgers Savage. Her parents have preceded her in death
Drucella married John Wilson on November 1, 1950 in Roswell. He preceded her in death on November 29, 1988.
Drucella is survived by her son John W. Wilson of Roswell; her daughters: Pamela Ranson and husband John of Capitan, NM, Shawn Fronterhouse and husband Don of Albuquerque, NM and Amy Heumann and husband Chris of Los Gatos, California; as well as nine grandchildren on one great grandchild.
Drucella was a life long resident of Roswell and worked as a bookkeeper for her husband John at Reliable Radiator and A-1 mower shop and also owned the Nut House Pecan Company. She enjoyed reading. When her children were younger and growing up she was part of PTA and supportive in school activities. She was a past member of the Eastern Star, Beta Sigma Phi and Senior Circle.
